What does ITM stand for?

ITM stands for “Interactive Teller Machine.”

What is an ITM?

An ITM is like an ATM, but features live video technology. You can use our ITM, Vee, to connect with one of our sales associates who will assist you with your transactions.

What transactions can you perform at an ITM?

Vee will allow you to complete all the transactions available at traditional ATMs, like making deposits and withdrawing cash. However, Vee also enables you to conduct more complicated transactions than those you can perform at a regular ATM. These include:

  • Cash checks to the penny
  • Make deposits
  • Transfer funds among accounts
  • Withdraw cash
  • Make loan payments
  • ...so much more!

If you want to withdraw money in $1 and $5 denominations, you can specify this preference through your interaction with the live video associate.

Need more than your standard ATM withdrawal limit? Touch the screen to talk to one of our video associates.

Looking for the tube? With Vee, there is no tube; just touch the screen to get started.

Are ITMs secure?

Our ITMs at Midwest Heritage not only offer convenience but also enhanced security for your transactions. Cash is directly deposited into the machine and counted to reduce fraud. Furthermore, a live person is present throughout the day to verify users’ identities. It’s just one more way we’re going above and beyond to protect you and your money.
