Other Fees:
A $5.00 paper statement fee will be assessed if paper statements are selected. If enrolled in e-statements, the fee is waived.
To apply you must:
- Be a legal US resident
- Be at least 18 years old, other than
- Ages 14-17 can open with a joint owner age 18+
- Hy-Vee Smart Start does not allow joint owner
- Have a Social Security number or US CIS Number
- Provide a digital copy of a driver's license, state ID card or passport.
* Fuel Saver discount: Must have at least 15 debit card purchases post to your account within a calendar month. ATM transactions are not included. Must provide your Fuel Saver number and full name to Midwest Heritage by calling 1-800-782-0521 or emailing cservice@mhbank.com (one-time requirement). When qualifications are met, Fuel saver will be loaded within 7 business days of the last day of the previous month.
